How It Works ...


Submit an Inquiry

Submit an inquiry through our websites Contact Us page. We'd love to check our availability for your date and learn more about your event and vision. We will then create and send you a customized proposal to review.

Our Written Proposal

Based on the specifics of your event, that you included in your inquiry form, we create a custom proposal just for you. We send this proposal along with our service contract, for your review. We are here to answer any questions you have for us. During this time we would love to chat with you on the phone to gather some details about your event, to make sure you receive the exact proposal you are looking for. But don't worry, you can always change details leading up to your day!

Contract  & Deposit 

When you’re ready to secure our services simply sign the contract online and place your deposit, either online or by e-transfer. Upon receiving back a signed contract along with the non-refundable deposit to reserve your date, you will officially be booked!

Our non-refundable deposit is $500, no matter the rental. This amount does go towards your total bill and only secures the rental & date. Other details may still be adjusted after a deposit has been placed and you total left owing will reflect this. Dropped 50 guests? No problem, we will take them off your proposal so you are no longer paying for them.

The remainder of your bill will be due 1 week prior to your event. Please note that we will not mobilize our units or employees if we have not received your final payment.

​​​​​​Consultation & Alcohol Calculator

Two months before your event, we get your final details and go over any personalized touches you wish to include. We then send a finalized invoice including any last minute changes.

Around this same time we will provide a shopping list for your alcohol purchase with quantities & types of alcohol to consider including. 

​​Event Day

Two hours before the event, we show up on site, set up, and receive the alcohol to begin chilling. Once the event is finished we pack up the remaining alcohol and place the boxes in a location designated by yourself. If bought by appropriate vendors you will be able to return anything unopened after your event!

Profits made from a cash bar during your event are yours, and can be counted and handed over to yourself or we can keep it and transfer it to you at a later date.
