What We Do
First and foremost we are a mobile bar and bartending service, however ... legally The Bottled Bronco may not carry the liquor license for your event, as we are a mobile company, we ARE able to provide the event host, you, with the proper guidance to acquire your own event liquor license that we may then operate under. The type of license will change depending on the event but we are educated on the matter and will assist you in acquiring the appropriate license with ease. It honestly takes 3 minutes and can be done the night before, if you're the procrastinating type.
We will pick up, deliver, set up and return your excess alcohol, as well as provide the extras as part of our mix package; cups, napkins, ice and mix, and will shop for all the garnishes to make sure your signature cocktails are Instagram ready!
Each of our rental units not only offers a different visual appeal but they also offer unique services. We handle ALL kinds of events Divorce Parties! If it's beautiful signature cocktails, drinks on tap, a mobile bar for 20 or 1200, or just a hell of a good time, we can help!

Submit an Inquiry
Submit an inquiry through our website or directly to email@example.com. We'd love to check our availability and learn more about your event and your vision. We will then create and send a customized proposal to you for review.
Based on the specifics of your event (number of guests, service needs, hours of service, etc.), we’ll create a custom proposal, along with our general contract, for your review. We are here to answer any questions you have for us. During this time we would love to chat with you on the phone to gather some details about your event, to make sure you receive the exact proposal you are looking for. But don't worry, you can always change details leading up to your day!
Contract & Deposit
When you’re ready to book we will send our contract to review & sign. Upon receiving back a signed contract along with a non-refundable deposit to reserve your date, you will officially be booked!
Our deposits vary depending on the service or rental and this amount does go towards your total bill. You may still adjust the details and price of your total bill even after a deposit has been placed.
The remainder of your bill will be due 2 days prior to your event. Please note that we will not mobilize our units or employees if we have not received this payment. We are always available for questions, ideas, advice or a rant session.
One to two months before your event, we will begin finalizing your details and get an idea of any personalized touches you wish to include. We will provide a consultation to go over any additional details along with a finalized quote including any last minute changes. We will also provide a shopping list with quantities of suggested alcohol needed with recommendations through preferred vendors on where to go to purchase the alcohol. Most purchases can be made over the phone.
Two hours before the event, we’ll show up, set up, and receive the alcohol if we are not delivering it. We will decorate, ice down the beverages and prepare for an amazing evening. Once the event is finished we will pack the remaining alcohol up and place the boxes in a designated vehicle for your return. If bought by appropriate vendors you will be able to return anything unopened after your event.
Fun Fact: Costco even returns single cans of beer!
